Wroughton Knyvett 
Wroughton was born in 1560 in Charlton, Wiltshire, Wiltshire, England.1 Wroughton's father was Henry Knyvett and his mother was Elizabeth Stumpe. His paternal grandparents were Henry Knyvett and Anne Pickering; his maternal grandparents were James Stumpe and Bridget Baynton. He had a brother and four sisters, named Thomas, Margaret, Catherine, Frances and Elizabeth. He was the oldest of the six children.1 -
