John was born about 1412 in Of Buckenham Cas, Norfolk, Engl..1 John's father was John Knyvett and his mother was Elizabeth Clifton. His paternal grandparents were John Knyvett and Joan Botetourt; his maternal grandparents were Constantine Clifton and Catherine Scales. He had two sisters named Joan and Margaret. He was the youngest of the three children. He died in 1490.1 -
