Merritt Leon Whittemore

Merritt Leon was born on May 29th, 1918 in Jericho Vermont. Merritt Leon's father was Lee Eldon Whittemore and his mother was Agnes May Bentley. His paternal grandparents were Henry Eliphalet Whittemore and Jennie Lewis. He had two brothers named Kenneth and Alan. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 54 in July 1972 in Hartford, Connecticut. He was buried in Collinsville, Connecticut.
