Viola Jane was born on September 15th, 1933 in Cornish, York County, Maine. Viola Jane's father was Percy W. Scribner and her mother was Adelaide May Sargent. Her maternal grandparents are Walter B. Sargent and Alice M. Edgecomb. She had two brothers and a sister, named Almon Walter, Percy G. and Mary Alice. She was the second youngest of the four children. She died at the age of 51 in September 1984 in Cornish, York County, Maine.-
