Margaret Pearl Sargent 
Margaret Pearl was born on February 28th, 1871 in Hutton Twp, Coles, IL. Margaret Pearl's father was John Stephen Sargent and her mother was Maria Anna Turner. Her paternal grandparents were Stephen Sargent and Nancy Rose Chenoweth. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Ernest, Paul Turner, Infant, St. John, Samuel Stephen, Jessie Ruby, Ada Opal and Coral T.. She was the oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 70 on November 4th, 1941 in Los Angeles County, CA. She was buried in Roselawn Cemetery, Charleston Twp, Coles, IL.General Notes
After the death of her husband, she moved to Los Angeles, CA where she died. Both she and her husband are buried in Roselawn Cemeter. Maggie was cremated and her ashes flown in from California. They were the parents of one son, Palmer Sargent Cox.
