Ruperta Amanda was born on August 8th, 1886 in Cookshire, Quebec, Canada. Ruperta Amanda's father was Septimus Nutbrown and her mother was Amanda Diama Bailey. Her maternal grandfather is John Cook Bailey and her maternal grandmother was Hannah Colby. She had three brothers and a sister, named Rufus Robert, John Oliver, Stanley Septimus and Blanche Mabel. She was the youngest of the five children. She died at the age of 84 on February 19th, 1971 in Johnville, Quebec, Canada.-
