Donald Forrest (Toad) was born on August 9th, 1928. Donald Forrest (Toad)'s father was Charles Robert Mitchell and his mother was Luetta Jane Shreve. His maternal grandparents were Thomas Jefferson Shreve and Rosella Lillie. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Alger J., Everett Ward (Pick), Charles (Bing), Johnny Ray (Peanut), Richard Leland (Bug), Myrtle Arilla, Lela Vetress (Chink), Irene Gladys and Ethel Mae. He was the second youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 56 on June 17th, 1985 in Battle Creek, Mi.-
