William Parsons was born about 1691 in Chester County, Pennsylvania. William Parsons' father was William Hewes and his mother was Sarah Bezer. His paternal grandparents were William Hewes and Deborah Pedrick; his maternal grandfather was Edward Bezer. He was an only child. He died on June 9th, 1767 in Hampshire County, VA.General Notes

Land Warrant 2,000 acres partial payment for his services to the Colony.
Land returned for this Land Warrant # 299 conveyed to John May -January 17,1780.
