William Hughes 
William was born on February 10th, 1723 in Chester Co., PA. William's father was William Parsons Hughes and his mother was Mary Sidney Withers. His paternal grandparents were William Hewes and Sarah Bezer; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Withers and Elizabeth Collett. He was an only child. He died at the age of 101 in 1824 in VA.-
