Phillip D. Colby 
Phillip D. was born on December 15th, 1882 in Eaton, Quebec, Canada. Phillip D.'s father was William Oscar Colby and his mother was Melissa Jane Pope. His paternal grandparents were Abner Colby and Mary Louisa Lindsay. He had five brothers and a sister, named George W., Reginald J., Archibald Burton, Grace L., Wilbur and Myrtie C.. He was the fourth oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 94 in 1976.-
