Thomas Selman 
Thomas was born on April 27th, 1762 in Stafford Co, VA. Thomas' father was Benjamin Lawrence Selman and his mother was Ann Powell. His paternal grandparents were John Selman and Martha Groce; his maternal grandparents were John Powell and Mary Dunston. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named Jeremiah H., Benjamin, Zachariah, Joseph, William, John, James, Rebecca and Ann. He was the youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 54 on April 27th, 1816 in Winchester, Franklin Co, TN.-
