John Selman 
John was born about 1645 in Ludlow, Shropshire, England. John's father was William Selman and his mother was Margaret Holford. His paternal grandparents were John Sellman and Anne Fisher. He was an only child. He died on October 18th, 1707 in Anne Arundel Co, MD.General Notes
He came to America as an indentured servant.
John and Elizabeth were married in a religious ceremony about 1676. They had four sons and five daughters, named John, Robert, Lawrence, William, Elizabeth, Mary, Ann, Ruth and Margaret.
