His paternal grandparents were 1rst Earl of Surrey/Warenne William Warenne I and Gundred Flemming; his maternal grandparents were Prince of France Hugh Magnus *Crepi and Countess Adelaide Vermandois. He had a sister named Gundred. He had three half-brothers and a half-sister, named twin brother of Robert, Robert, Hugh and Isabel Elizabeth. He died due to killed on crusade at the age of 29 on January 19th, 1148 in near Laodices,Ladocia,Palestine.1 General Notes
