King of Navarre Henry (Le Gros) I

Henry, known as Le Gros, was born about 1244 in Troyes,Aube,France.  Le Gros' father is King of Navarre Thibault (The Great) I and his mother was Queen of Navarre Marguerite de Bourbon.  His maternal grandparents are Lord Archambaud(Archibald) de Bourbon VIII and Beatrix(Mahaut) de Montlucon. He had a brother and two sisters, named Thibault, Beatrix and Margaret.  He was the youngest of the four children.  He died on July 21st, 1274.

‌Le Gros and Blanche Capet were married in a religious ceremony in 1269.  They had a son and a daughter, named Thibaut and Jeanne.
