Saint Gertrude

Gertrude was born about 0626 in Landen,Austrasia (now Liege,Belgium). Gertrude's father is Pepin and her mother was Iduberga(Itta). Her maternal grandfather was Margrave of Schelde, 27th Bishop of Metz Arnoldus and her maternal grandmother is Oda von Schwaben. She had two brothers and a sister, named Peppin, Grimoald and Begga.
