John Egbert *Deen

John Egbert was born on September 19th, 1886 in Wills Point,Van Zandt Co.,TX.¹   John Egbert's father was John Ecter *Deen and his mother is Sarah Jane McLaren.  His paternal grandparents are Asberry Mack *Deen and Margaret Jane *Kirkpatrick. He had five brothers and a sister, and also two siblings of unknown gender, named James Porter, Robert Asberry, George Calloway, Frank Edgar, Clifford Roy, Connie, M. C. and S. K..  He is the fourth youngest of the nine children. He has a half-brother named William Lester.
