Edward was born about 1411 in Brooke,Sommerset,England. Edward's father was Sir Knight, Baron Cobham Thomas Brooke and his mother was Baroness Cobham Joan Braybrook. His paternal grandparents are Thomas *Brooke and Johanna *Hanap; his maternal grandparents are Sir Reginald *Braybrook and Baroness Cobham Joan *Pole. He had a brother named Reginald. He was the older of the two children. He died on June 6th, 1464 in Cobham,Kent,England.General Notes
He was a zealous Yorkist.
Edward and Elizabeth were married in a religious ceremony before January 13th, 1434 in Haliegh,Staffordshire,England.1 They had a son and two daughters, named John, Elizabeth and Mary.
