Sir Phillip Basset 
Phillip was born in 1184 in Wycombe,Buckinghamshire,England. Phillip's father was Lord, Baron of Wycombe Alan Basset and his mother is Aline de Gai. His paternal grandfather was Thomas Basset and his paternal grandmother is Alice Dunstanville; his maternal grandfather is Philip de Gai. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Faulk, Gilbert, William, Thomas, Hawise, Aline, Alice and Katherine. He was the third oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 87 on October 29th, 1271.-
