Jacob Cooke (Cook) 
Jacob was born in 1618 in Leiden, South Holland, Netherlands and his baptism took place there in 1618. Jacob's father was Francis Cooke and his mother was Hester Mahieu. His paternal grandparents are RICHARD COOKE and ANNA GAUNTON. He had five brothers and six sisters, named John, Son, Josiah, Henry, Josiah or Josias, Elizabeth, Jane, Elizabeth, Mary, Jane and Hester. He died at the age of 58 on July 7th, 1676 in Plymouth, Plymouth, Massachusetts, USA. He was buried on December 18th, 1675 in Tyler Point Cemetery, Barrington, Bristol, Rhode Island, USA.General Notes
