Josiah Cooke 
Josiah was born in 1610 in Leyden, Zuid-Holland, Netherlands and his baptism took place there in 1610. Josiah's father was Francis Cooke and his mother was Hester Mahieu. His paternal grandparents are RICHARD COOKE and ANNA GAUNTON. He had five brothers and six sisters, named John, Son, Henry, Jacob, Josiah or Josias, Elizabeth, Jane, Elizabeth, Mary, Jane and Hester. He died at the age of 56 on June 8th, 1666 in Eastham, Barnstable, Massachusetts, USA.General Notes
