Henry Gaines 
Henry was born in 1755 in Overwharton, Stafford, VA, USA.1 Henry's father was Humphrey Gaines and his mother was Sarah Watts. He had a brother and eight sisters, named William, Frances Watts, Sarah, Esther, Hannah, Elizabeth Rebecca, Mary, Anne and Catherine. He was the second oldest of the ten children. He had a half-brother named Richard H. He died at the age of 21 in 1776 in Overwharten, Stafford, VA, USA.1
