Sarah Whale 
Sarah was born in 1591 in Chickney, Essex, England.1 Sarah's father was Philemon Whale and her mother was Agnes Norwood. Her paternal grandmother was Thomasine Northen. She had five brothers and four sisters, named Henry, Jonas, John, Philemon, Boy, Susan, Anna, Margaret and Mary. She is the fifth oldest of the ten children. She has a half-brother and a half-sister, named Jonas and Mary.
