Ellen Egerton 
Ellen was born in 1460 in Egerton, Cheshire, England.1 Ellen's father was Philip Egerton and her mother was Margaret Mainwaring. Her paternal grandparents were John Egerton and Margaret Fitton; her maternal grandparents were William Mainwaring and Margaret Warren. She had three brothers and four sisters, named John, William, Ralph, Helena, Anne, Catherine and Elizabeth. She was the third youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 70 in 1530 in Y.1 -
