William Daniel

William was born in 1522 in Tabley, Cheshire, England.¹ William's father was Thomas Daniell and his mother was Margaret. His paternal grandparents were Piers Daniels and Julianna Newton; his maternal grandparents were William Wilbraham and Ellen Egerton. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Robert, Peter, Robert, Margaret and Ellen. He was the second oldest of the six children. He had two half-brothers named Thomas and Richard.
