Matilda (Mathilda) of Saxony von Billung

Matilda (Mathilda) of Saxony was born about 0939.  Matilda (Mathilda) of Saxony's father was Hermann of Saxony Billung and her mother is Hildegarde of Saxony of Westerbourg. She had a brother named Bernard I of Saxony.  She was the older of the two children. She had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Liutger, Bernard, Matilde and Suanehilde.  She died on May 25th, 1008.

‌Matilda (Mathilda) of Saxony and Baldwin III d'Flanders en Artois were married in a religious ceremony in 0961.¹   They had two sons named Arnoul (Arnulf) II d'Flanders and Jean (John) d'Comyn.

‌Matilda (Mathilda) of Saxony and Godfrey d'Lorraine were married in a religious ceremony before 0973.¹   They had a son named Gonzelon d'Lorraine.
