Friedrich Johannes was born on April 19th, 1755 in Leun, Rheinland, Prussia. Friedrich Johannes' father was Johann Conrad Pfau and his mother was Anna Catharina Griebel. His paternal grandfather is Andreas Pfau and his paternal grandmother was Anna Elisabeth UNKNOWN; his maternal grandparents were Johann (Hans) Georg Griebel and Anna Louise (Loysa) Krauss. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Philipp Conrad, Heinrich, Johann Jakob, Johann Philipp and Anna Elisabetha. He is the third oldest of the six children.-
