Berila Rilla was born in 1814 in Adair Co, Ky.1 Berila Rilla's father was Benjamin"Mine" Wheeler and her mother was Sarah Barlow. Her paternal grandparents were Archelaus\Archer Wheeler and Mildred Lyle; her maternal grandparents were Lewis Barlow and Judah Frances Smith. She had two brothers and seven sisters, named Henry, Archibald- Archelaus, Angelina Lina, Dicey, Elizabeth"Betsy", Judea, Emilia Mildred Milly, Mary Jane and Sarah Ann. She is the third oldest of the ten children.General Notes
