Deborah was born on August 2nd, 1657 in Watertown, Middlesex, Massachusetts.1   Deborah's father was Nathaniel Treadway Jr. and her mother was Sufference Haynes.  Her paternal grandparents are Josiah Treadway Sr. and Mary Howe; her maternal grandparents were Walter Haynes and Elizabeth Gourd. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Jonathan, James, Josiah, Mary, Elizabeth and Lydia.  She was the youngest of the seven children.  She died at the age of 56 on June 8th, 1714 in Roxbury, Suffolk, Massachusetts.1

‌Deborah were married in a religious ceremony on March 25th, 1680 in Watertown, Middlesex, Massachusetts.1
