Permenas(Col) Taylor 
Permenas(Col) was born on April 4th, 1753 in Prince William Co., Va. Permenas(Col)'s father was William Taylor and his mother was Sarah Bradford. His maternal grandparents were John Bradford and Mary (Kingcart) Marr. He had a brother named Leeroy (Col.). He had six half-brothers and five half-sisters, named Abner, Martin, Bazil, John, Zachariah, Benjamin Bradford, Lucy, Elizabeth, Hannah, Sarah and Susan. He died at the age of 73 on January 30th, 1827 in Jefferson Co., Tn. He was buried in On Family Farm on Harrison Ferry Rd. in Jefferson Co., Tn(Taylor's Bend).General Notes

Natrional Banner & Nashville Wigg. Grave marked by DAR in 1980 at
Taylor's Bend. He took an Oath Of Allegiance in Pittsylvania Co. 1777.
From Burke Co.,NC he entered for the land at Talor's Bend in 1787.
