Catherine Shipley 
Catherine was born on April 24th, 1824 in Sullivan Co, Tennessee.1 Catherine's father was Benjamin Franklin Shipley , Sr and her mother was Catherine Wells. Her paternal grandparents were Elijah Shipley , Sr and Rachel Elizabeth Kingston. She had six brothers and six sisters, named Orson, Endymion, Jesse, Zachariah, Eli Wilson, Benjamin Franklin, Mary, Malinda, Rachel, Nancy, Sibila and Christina. She was the third youngest of the thirteen children. She died at the age of 82 on June 29th, 1906.1 General Notes
