William Lindley 
William was born on December 29th, 1742 in London Grove, Chester County, Pennsylvania.1 William's father was Thomas Lindley and his mother was Ruth Hadley. His paternal grandparents were James William Lindley and Eleanor Parke; his maternal grandparents were Simon Hadley II and Ruth Keran Miller. He had five brothers and four sisters, named James, Thomas, John, Jonathan, Simon, Catherine, Ruth, Mary Eleanor and Deborah. He died at the age of 41 on September 29th, 1784 in Orange County, North Carolina.1 -
