John Lindley 
John was born on October 13th, 1747 in London Grove, Chester County, Pennsylvania.1 John's father was Thomas Lindley and his mother was Ruth Hadley. His paternal grandparents were James William Lindley and Eleanor Parke; his maternal grandparents were Simon Hadley II and Ruth Keran Miller. He had five brothers and four sisters, named James, Thomas, William, Jonathan, Simon, Catherine, Ruth, Mary Eleanor and Deborah. He died at the age of 43 in 1790 in Pendleton District Sc now Anderson County, South Carolina.1 -
