He had eight half-brothers and ten half-sisters, named Pepin 'The Hunchback', Rotud (Rotrud), Charles 'The Younger' of, Lotharingia (Lothar), Drogo of, Hugo l'Abbe "The Bastard", Drogo of, Hugh of, Aupaisalpais, Adelaide, Bertha, Hildegard, Gisela, Hiltrude, Theodrada of, Adelinda Bastard of, Ruothild of and Adaltrude (Aupais) Abbess of.  He died on July 8th, 0810 in Milan,Italy.
