Hugh was born in 0802.¹ Hugh's father was Holy Roman Emperor of West Charlemagne and his mother is Living Rigina, Holy Roman Empress Holy Roman Empress. His paternal grandparents were King III "the Short" King of the Franks Pepin and Queen of the Franks-Countess of Laon Bertha. He had a brother named Drogo. He had seven half-brothers and five half-sisters, named King of Italy, Lother [A Twin], Charles the Younger, Emperor of the West, Richbod, Living, Hugo "The Bastard" l', Theodrada, Adelaide of France, Bertha, Lady Angilbert, Princess of the Hold Roman Empire and Aupais of. He died at the age of 42 in 0844.¹
