Her paternal grandparents were James B. Hayes , Sr and Sarah; her maternal grandparents were Benjamin"Mine" Wheeler and Sarah Barlow. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Martin Van Buren, James K Polk, John Cole, Ellendor Bessie, Judith Julia B., Sally and Mary Elizabeth. She was the fourth youngest of the eight children. She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Benjamin "Frank" Franklin and Nancy "Amanda". She died at the age of 63 on February 3rd, 1905 in Omaha, Neb..1 General Notes
