Elizabeth Hales 
Elizabeth was born in 1725 in Henrico County, Virginia.1 Elizabeth's father is John Hales. She was an only child. She died about 1818 in Buckingham County, Virginia.2 
Elizabeth and Matthias were married in a religious ceremony in 1740.3 They had five sons and a daughter, named John Hales, Nathan, Edmond, Matthias, Samuel and Mary (Mollie).

John Hales Ayres
John Hales was born in 1740.4 He died at the age of 88 in November 1828 in Buckingham, Virginia.4
Nathan Ayres Col.
Nathan was born in 1752 in Albemarle County, Virginia.6 He died at the age of 70 on January 16th, 1822 in Buckingham, Virginia.6
Edmond Ayres
Edmond was born about 1765 in Buckingham County, Virginia.3 He died in 1807 in Buckingham, Virginia.7
