Simon Hadley 
Simon was born on October 6th, 1765 in Orange County, North Carolina.1 Simon's father was Joshua Hadley and his mother was Ruth Lindley. His paternal grandparents were Joshua Hadley and Patience Brown; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Lindley and Ruth Hadley. He had seven brothers and five sisters, named Thomas, William, John, Jeremiah, Jonathan, Jacob, Joshua, Sarah, ??????, Girl, Ruth and Mary. He was the third oldest of the thirteen children. He had a half-brother and three half-sisters, named Joseph, Catherine, Patience and Jane. He died at the age of 77 on April 3rd, 1843 in Hendrick County, Indiana.
