Joseph Pumphrey 
Joseph was born in 1703 in Burlington,N.J.. Joseph's father was Walter Pumphrey and his mother was Mary Skeane. His paternal grandparents were Richard Pomfrey and Margaret Lane. He had five brothers and a sister, named Walter , Jr., Sylvanus, Lazarus, Nathan, Ebenezer and Deliverance. He was the youngest of the seven children. He had a half-sister named Hannah. He died at the age of 83 on February 2nd, 1786 in Anne Arundel Co.,MD..-
