Ann was born about 1710 in Anne ArundelCo,Md.. Ann's father was William , Jr Cockey and her mother is Mary UNKNOWN. Her paternal grandparents were William Cockey and Sarah UNKNOWN. She had four sisters named Sarah, Mary, Elizabeth and Zephora. She died in July 1790 in Ann Arundel Co. MD.
Ann and Joseph were married in a religious ceremony in 1727. They had six sons and three daughters, named Sylvanus, William, Zachariah, Edward, Joseph , Jr., Resin (Reason), Mary Anne, Elizabeth and Frances.
