John WITT 
John was born in 1753 in Manikin, Albmrl, Va. John's father was Lewis WITT and his mother was Anne MILLS. His paternal grandparents were William (Guilliame) WHITT WITT and Elizabeth Mildred DAUX; his maternal grandfather was William MILLS and his maternal grandmother is Mary. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Rowland, Jesse, Robert, John, Mills, Mildred, Agnes and Elizabeth Jane. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 55 in 1808.-
