Jane was born about 1615 in Newton Stacy, Hants, England. Jane's father was Thomas TALMADGE and her mother is Mrs.. Her paternal grandparents are Henry TALMADGE and Mrs.. She had six brothers and three sisters, named Simon, William, Thomas, Robert, Davis, David, Christian, Jane and Christian. She is the fourth oldest of the ten children.
