Robert was born in 1622 in Of Wherwell, Hants, England. Robert's father was Thomas TALMADGE and his mother is Mrs.. His paternal grandparents are Henry TALMADGE and Mrs.. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Simon, William, Thomas, Davis, David, Christian, Jane, Jane and Christian. He was the fifth youngest of the ten children.
