Chester SOUTHWORTH III 
Chester was born on August 22nd, 1842 in Nauvoo, Hancock, IL. Chester's father was Chester SOUTHWORTH II and his mother was Mary BYINGTON. His paternal grandparents were Chester SOUTHWORTH I and Zerviah CRANE OR CRAINE; his maternal grandparents were James BYINGTON and Susannah Nichols. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Robert Luther, Joseph Stephen, Susannah Adaline, Sarah Zurviah, Mary Emily, Tamesin Ermine and Laura Salina. He was the fourth youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 67 on March 4th, 1910 in GRIDLEY, Butte, CA. He was buried on March 9th, 1910 in Live Oak Cem, Butte, CA.-
