Thomas was born on February 10th, 1772 in PRESTON, Lancs, Engld and his baptism took place on March 1st, 1772 in PRESTON, Lancashire, England. Thomas' father was William SLATER and his mother was Elizabeth WILLIAMSON. His maternal grandfather is William WILLIAMSON and his maternal grandmother was Elizabeth HOUGHTON.
