Benjamin SHELDON 
Benjamin was born on March 4th, 1727 in So. Kingston, Washington, RI. Benjamin's father was Isaac SHELDON and his mother was Susannah POTTER. His paternal grandparents were John SHELDON and Deliverance PALMER; his maternal grandparents were Thomas POTTER and Susanna Anthony TRIPP. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named Thomas, Roger, Isaac, John, Joseph, PALMER OR POTTER, Gideon, Elizabeth and Susannah. He was the second youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 69 on July 2nd, 1796 in Stephentown, Rensselaer, New York. He was buried in Sheldon Farm Cem, Stephentown, Rensselaer, New York.-
