William I The Conqueror was born on October 14th, 1028 in Falais, Calvados, , France.  William I The Conqueror's father was Robert I Of Normandy Duke and his mother is Herleve De Falais Concubine.  His paternal grandparents were Richard II Of Normandy Duke and Judith Of Brittany; his maternal grandparents are Fulbert De Falais and Doda (Dode) () Concubine. He had a sister named Adelaide.  He was the older of the two children. He had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Odo, Robert De Mortaigne, Adelaide, Emma and Muriel.  He died at the age of 58 on September 9th, 1087 in Hermanbraville, , , France.  He was buried in 1087.
