Murdoch Stewart was born about 1362. Murdoch Stewart's father was Robert Stewart Of Albany I Duke and his mother was Margaret Graham Of Menteith Countess. His paternal grandparents were Robert II Of Scotland King and Elizabeth Mure; his maternal grandfather was John Graham Of Menteith Count and his maternal grandmother is Mary De Menteith Of Menteith IX Countess. He had four sisters named Isabel, Margaret, Mary and Joan. He had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named John Stewart, Elizabeth and Margaret. He died on May 25th, 1425 in Castle Hill, , Stirling, Scotland. He was buried in May 1425 in Church of the, Black Friars, Stirling, Scotland.General Notes

Menteith on Sept 3, 1420. He forfeited all is honours on 25th May,
