Ruth McBride 
Ruth was born on September 7th, 1800 in Martinsburg, Berkeley, WV. Ruth's father was Thomas White MC BRIDE and her mother was Catherine JOHN. Her paternal grandfather was James MC BRIDE and her paternal grandmother is Mary WHITE; her maternal grandparents are Thomas JOHN and Ruth EVANS. She had a brother and seven sisters, named Amos Evans, Susan, Rebecca, Daughter, Mary, Hannah, Elizabeth and Isabelle. She was the third oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 38 on August 28th, 1839 in Warsaw, Hancock, IL.-
