His paternal grandparents were Henry KNYVETT [SIR KNIGHT] and Anne PICKERING; his maternal grandfather was James STUMP [SIR] and his maternal grandmother is Bridget BAYNTON. He had a brother and four sisters, named Wroughton, Catherine, Frances, Margaret and Elizabeth. He was the third oldest of the six children. He died in Died Young.-
