Thomas Woodward 
Thomas was born on November 7th, 1723 in East Bradford Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania. Thomas' father was Richard Woodward and his mother was Mary Nayle. His paternal grandparents were Richard Woodward and Jane Petty Nayle; his maternal grandfather was Henry Nayle. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Henry, John, Richard, Mary, Alice and Deborah. He was the youngest of the seven children. He had five half-brothers and nine half-sisters, named William, James, Richard, John, William, Susanna, Deborah, Sarah, Jane, Elizabeth, Hannah, Mary, Grace and Esther. He died at the age of 61 on June 15th, 1785.General Notes
